Relaxing and great service because he's friendly to talk and help answer questions, knows what he's doing, not pushy on saling products but let his styling result show how convincing it is to buy the products there. Worth the money to experience his expertise that shows on my hair and boosts my confidence. I wanna have it cut, but keep it long with some styling. I got what I wanted realistically. Love it. First salon visit since moving to Aberdeen and my first proper haircut in about 7 months (don’t judge 😅). I’ve been relying on home dye kits which, as it turns out, are not the best friends of dry hair… so I’ve officially decided to embrace my natural grey! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel so welcome and made me feel like a valued customer. The salon has such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Shelly was fantastic - she really listened to what I wanted and gave me a gorgeous bob that feels fresh, healthy and about 10x lighter. I walked out feeling like a new woman and very relieved to retire the box dye 😂 So glad I’ve found my new salon!

It was my first time at Saks Aberdeen and Amy was recommended by a friend. She made me feel so welcomed from the start. I had a specific haircut that I wanted and showed Amy some photos of it. She recreated the exact look and somehow made it look better and suitable for me! Her expertise shines through as she recommended a certain length for face framing which suited my face. Amy was incredibly professional, efficient and fast! I was so impressed! We had a lovely chat and her passion for her job was very evident. Anisa has been my hairdresser for just over a year and she is amazing. From the first appointment she got me and my vision for my style. I've trusted her with a big change to my look and she absolutely exceeded my expectations.
