I had an integration fitting with Lauren today, and I honestly can’t thank her enough. After struggling with hair loss for over 15 years, I was nervous, emotional, and unsure what to expect. From the moment I met senior stylist Lauren at Unique Hair & Beauty, I felt completely at ease. She was kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring, taking the time to explain everything and gently guide me through the process. DO NOT BUY VIVID COLOUR HAIR EXTENSION FROM THIS COMPANY! I’ve had hair extensions for over a decade now and purchased vibrant coloured hair extensions for the past 8 years so I’m not a novice in hair extensions. I purchase the Lila and T1/purple hair extension on their Premium range to make sure I got high quality hair extensions. The only reason I purchased through them was due to reviews and my current company didn’t do extension in 32 inch’s. The hair I purchased arrived a month later, as they’re made to order, and they seemed fine when initially received. I had a professional hair dresser apply them. When I first washed them they were dry, matted together and felt synthetic however as I know hair extension, I’m aware it could have been a certain product I use which caused this. I only use hair extensions safe products. As I only wash my hair 1/2 times a week I spent the next 7 weeks changing and removing hair extension safe products from my routine to confirm if it was a product, it wasn’t. After the 7 weeks I sent an email to the company to advise how upset I was about the hair extensions, the quality and highlighted this has been an issue since the initial wash. Following multiple emails back and forth they refused to test the Lila ones as I had applied arctic fox to them (a semi permanent purple hair dye widely known to be safe for hair extensions and wigs) so I send them the T1/purple hair extensions back, almost £100 worth of hair, for testing. All the hair together was £723.54 minus the £36.96 for the nano ring beads. They came back and stated there was no issue with the hair extensions. The pictures provided with this review is after I’ve washed them and they’ve been left to air dry…. Wild how a company can state there is nothing wrong with them from these pictures. I paid £723.54 for hair extensions I wore for 3 months. Let this be your warning, STAY AWAY! They’re based in Wales.
