Chelsea ignored me throughout my whole visit, my hairdresser openly yawned in front of me, and stopped cutting/drying my hair to talk to Chelsea and their client. I could not wait to leave. My shirt was wet from my hair being washed. The hairdresser could not give me options for styling my hair, apart from letting it grow out. How does this empower me and make me feel better. It makes me feel their ethos is applied whenever they feel like.

Chelsea and the team are incredibly special women. Chelsea has been doing my hair for over 10 years and even now, the moment I walk in the door I feel taken care of. I let Chelsea have full creative control but she explains what she is doing and to make sure I am happy. She pays attention to every single detail and puts the health of my hair first. The salon itself is beautiful. I trust no one else to do my hair and I always leave feeling fantastic! I always get lots of compliments too. Chelsea is more than a hairdresser - is a caring and talented super star!

I had my hair done with Chelsea yesterday and it was the most incredible experience from start to finish. I'm extremely self conscious and have had issues with my weight since having children, so attending a salon with 3 stunning women would normally make me feel extremely anxious but the whole team made me feel relaxed and were super friendly. Chelsea is quite simply amazing, her attention to detail and her passion for creating beautiful colour is unmatched and I can't believe how gorgeous my colour looks after just one visit. The salon is beautiful and such a safe space and you could see the team have such a great bond. Can not wait for my next visit.
