Lyndsey, the owner of this salon, is one of the kindest people I have everdonebusiness with. Her human hair wigs are amazing. She sell most of the well known brand wigs too. She is so understanding and patient. She totally understands the trauma of hair loss and always goes the extra mile for her customers. She also runs a wig bank and donates the proceeds to the Alopecia UK Society. Her prices are very reasonable too. Give her a call. You will not be disappointed.

Every thing was just right. From the easy parking to the salon itself. Small but perfectly formed as they say. Lindsay was wonderful. Kind, gentle and informative. A large selection. I just love mine. I feel like "me" once again. The whole experience was just brilliant.

Appointment was for my mam who is currently receiving chemotherapy, Lyndsay was welcoming and friendly. The appointment was relaxed and she gave lots of advice on the different options available and listened to my mams wishes, she also accommodated myself ,sister in law and niece who attend also. I would thoroughly recommend, Lyndsay made a very difficult and unknown situation to my mam and us very easy and not overwhelming.

Amazing! That word doesn't quite capture all that is wonderful about lyndsey and Diamond wig bank. The fact that she understands the importance of a good wig due to her own personal experience is nothing that can be trained. The time, patience and effort she puts into any contact you have with her even before you're appointment is second to none. Her space is warm, cosy and inviting and she ensured I left with exactly what I wanted, even when I didn't know what that was. I left my appointment with one wig and the second was delivered straight to me within days. She also took care of the paperwork for my prescription as I didn't know what to do with it. I absolutely love that, due to her own struggles with finding a made to last human hair wig, that you don't need to take out a mortgage for, Lyndsey has also been created hee own hair range…thats my next one as I've heard nothing but amazing things. All this and she doesn't stop there, her wig bank that she does for charity gives you a change on purchasing a pre loved piece at bargain prices, be prepared to have quick fingers as due a to the quality and price, they get snapped up. Losing your hair, for most people can be scary and upsetting, often made worse by the fact the person who usually sells you wigs, have no idea of the daily struggles wig wearing can cause, the fact Lyndsey has experienced this and just GETS it, makes it easier somehow.
