I had a lovely experience from start to finish. Ruth was very welcoming and friendly, she explained everything prior to treatment. I had a comfortable treatment with Mark, he was professional and courteous. I was very relaxed and didn't feel any discomfort. This was my first visit to verve medical, and I will definitely be back . Ruth was absolutely lovely and put me instantly at ease. When I went through to meet Dr Mark for my procedure, I had some questions about other treatments I was interested in. He came across extremely knowledgeable and explained the different products out there and why he uses the ones he does, so I instantly trusted him. He was very thorough and took his time to look at exactly what he needed to . It's only been a few days, and I'm already very happy with how my treatment is looking. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. I also discussed some facial treatments with Tracey in the future and can't wait to try some of what she hast to offer.
