Pleased with the hair replacement service from New Wave. The initial consultation was really through and I was quickly put at my ease. We talked about the style I was looking for and all the options were explained to me along with the advantages and limitations of the different systems. A lot of care was taken to get a really good colour match and I had a glue patch test to check for any reaction. Installation was about a week later. Before starting I was talked through the process and the products that would be used. Once the unit was attached the hair was cut and styled. I was really pleased with the cut. The blend with my natural hair was fantastic. I was given advice on how to look after the unit to prolong its life. Will be going back in a few weeks for a maintenance appointment. During the whole process I've felt like I've been in a safe pair of hands.
