Today I have had my topper fitted Bear with the Hair and I could not be happier. The whole experience from my first consultation to completion today has been extremely professional, the ladies here could not be more compassionate and caring they provide an excellent service and I would highly recommend them. Took my mum for advice on how to put on and secure her wig, it was a lovely warm welcome, staff were very lovely, made to feel very welcomed, drinks offered, and mum felt really at ease in there, even after feeling very nervous about going. There was no pressure to spend unnecessary money, staff were easy to talk to, understanding, and made mum feel so happy when we left. Thank you so much for the advice, mum said she will be more than happy to come back to look at purchasing new wigs once she gets used to wearing the one she has and her confidence has built up to explore more options.mum said the shop and staff were lovely 💖

I recently had a human hair topper coloured and styled at Kellie’s salon following a consultation for alopecia. From the very start, Kellie was amazing - so sympathetic and thorough, explaining all the options available to help me. The topper arrived sooner than expected, which was a welcome surprise as I wanted it in particular for my 40th birthday party. The fitting appointment was fantastic - Kellie and her team patiently answered all my questions, and I feel confident knowing they’ll be there for me in the future if I need support. The whole team were warm, welcoming, and truly lovely. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for the same kind of care and expertise.
