These guys are experts! Absolutely amazing. I bought a long clip-in ponytail and was blown away by the compliments I received—people couldn’t believe it wasn’t my real hair! The quality is incredible, especially for the price (honestly, I would’ve paid double). The team in the shop were brilliant—friendly, knowledgeable, and matched my hair perfectly without any fuss. Highly recommend!

I came here today and I have to say I was a bit of a pain in the bum and fussy, I’m about to start chemo so wanted an everyday wig that I love and is comfortable, and the gentleman that helped me was absolutely amazing and so patient, he didn’t look fed up once, went upstairs to check for different wigs for me several times. Cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent service.

Cheap customer service.. The Guy is so rude and doesn’t know how to handle customers . I bought lenses and when i open they both are in different colors . I didnt ask him for money back even but just to replace it and he doesn’t know how to speak or sort out issue .. Anyways they are selling wrong products if anyone buying anything plz check and unpack products in front of them to not get any hassle ..
