Amazing first class service from start to finish. After explaining my situation of severe loss after my first chemo session and providing a before photo, Christopher went off to select a few wigs for me to try. The very first one I tried could not have been any more perfect in a match for style and colour. After several others tried, I went straight back to the first one to purchase. I can not thank Christopher for the care and attention to detail given. The professionalism and customer service is second to none and I very highly recommended Michael Roberts as the place to go for 💯 customer satisfaction.

Rather belatedly, i would like to record what an amazing time I had choosing a wig. So many styles and colours and Chris who served me is an absolute delight. So friendly, caring and patient. I live in Dorset but would travel to Essex if I wanted another one.

My sister and I received a warm welcome from Christine when we arrived at Michael Roberts. The shop is very impressive with an extensive selection of wigs. We met Chris, who then enquired as to what sort of wig I was looking for. Basically, I wanted a look similar to my natural hair, so Chris selected around 8 wigs different for me to try. He offered so much advice and explained how to put on and care for the wig. Absolutely a first class experience.
