Jason is very warm and welcoming. I felt at ease throughout the whole experience. He explained everything that was about to happen. He took pictures of my head before and after every session. I’m over the moon with the end result and I had given me such a confidence boost. Thank Jason Tales, I highly recommend this guy to anyone.

I went to see Jason for advice on my hair as I felt, it wasn’t as thick as it used to be and was very obviously thinning in places. He put me at ease straight away and went through the PRP treatment he offers. I have just started my treatment with him, and can honestly say what a relaxing and calming experience. I imagine his medical background made the blood extraction complete pain free (best I’ve ever experienced) . I highly recommend Jason, and looking forward to returning for my next treatment.

After doing a bit of research into SMP and deciding it was the right choice for me, I contacted Jason at Micro Scalp Essex. Very handy to have someone experienced working locally rather than travelling into London for the treatment. The whole experience from start to finish has been first-rate. Jason set up an initial consultation at his facility in Leigh-on-Sea. We talked through my queries, concerns and requirements (such as the exact placing and shape of the new hairline). Jason gave me time and space to think things through. No hard-sell. Just friendly, sensible advice. We then booked in a series of three sessions. Jason was professional and attentive throughout the process. The visible difference from the first session was incredible. Jason provided all the after-care advice I needed to ensure my scalp was ready for the next two sessions. He also recommended I introduce a scalp grooming regime to help blend in my natural hair with the tiny SMP dots of pigment (they really do settle down after a few days and look like actual hair follicles). Jason listens to concerns and responds with sensitivity and gentle encouragement, helping to build confidence. The sessions are relaxing and comfortable. Basically just a nice chat while Jason gets to work. The second session is when things really happen. You come out looking transformed and with a sense of a fully restored head of hair, albeit only the illusion of hair. Something you thought was lost forever is suddenly back again. It feels amazing. Lots of checking in mirrors over the next few days as your treatment settles down and the look becomes more and more impressive. The third session is when Jason puts the finishing touches and listens to and responds to your needs. He's a great practitioner and a really sound bloke. I can recommend Micro Scalp Essex without hesitation. I'm truly happy with the outcome. I know Jason will be around to offer further advice should I need it.
