I had the FUT scalp procedure done at Holborn last month. The surgeons were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work. My hairline was really damaged so it took about 8 hours to complete. Over 2,200 grafts in all. Throughout the day the entire staff never slowed down. They were meticulous in making sure my hairline looked good. I was impressed at how kind, hospitable, hardworking and precise the team was. I am pleased with my results thus far. I followed the aftercare advice to a T and I am hoping the final results will be full and natural.

Also shared a bad experience at this place. Made me wait for ages before my appointment. The trichologist barely assessed my scalp, a lot of talking rather than assessing client needs. I do not recommend. After having liaised with other professionals, they advised there’s a better way to carry out an assessment. Basically charged an extortionate amount something you can be advised in 15 minutes for free.

So I was recommended by old friend back in 2014 I was misdiagnosed by hospital saying I had crohns when I didn't, I lost all my hair literally nothing. Due to all the emotions I deleted all my pics when I didn't have any hair. I went to Steven, within 6 months my hair grew back. I did start a negligence claim due to divorce I stopped the claim only just now restarted the claim in 2024. Now remarried been with partner coming up to 8 years, going through old receipts I have to say thank to Steven lily and the team how they looked after me this place is amazing I don't think Steven and lily will remember me wish they do because they were incredible thank you.
