Amazing gentleman. Went to him with hair loss problems and gave me an insight on what to do and why it was happening. Best money i have spent on this consultant. He was a lovely person and will be continuing seeing him.

I saw Stephen this afternoon and I am sure I’m not alone in this but was very anxious in the lead up to my appointment. Stephen was so professional and examined my scalp thoroughly and took a history. Finally someone has seen my experience and I now understand my journey….. thanks Stephen see you in a year …. would highly recommend if you have anxiety or concerns about hair loss

Stephen was a lovely chap to see and talk to. However, we did as he requested and went to get blood tests and emailed the results back, but he never got back in contact following this. We've waited roughly 4 months for a response and I have also tried to call but couldn't get through (understandable as probably with another customer). There were issues getting the blood tests through the NHS that he requested because he is a private clinic. I believe he knew that the NHS would refuse these blood tests but failed to mention this when requesting we go to our GP for them. We had to argue with the GP for 4 months before they would provide the blood tests requested (went private because they wouldn't investigate the issues). Almost feels like we paid a lot of money for nothing to be done except have someone tell us its TE still after hearing of clients history of TE many many years ago. All he told the client was to take £100 worth of supplements and month which doesn't appear to have made any difference 8 months down the line, again with no follow up or communication from clinic.
