I had a great experience with Laura at Scalpology Bath. From the first consultation she was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She explained the whole scalp micropigmentation process clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Laura’s attention to detail is excellent and the results look very natural - exactly what I wanted. You can tell she’s highly experienced and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her clients. The clinic itself is calm, clean and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I’m really happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laura to anyone considering SMP. I am delighted to be able to write this review for Laura (and Scalpology) who has been excellent from the moment we spoke about this process. She was able to explain to me her process and reassure me with the understanding she has of her craft. Knowing from the start that she was able to identify those key touchstones of the desired effect (hairlines, density, the scattering of the hairs at the edges) was crucial in my decision to entrust this work to her. Her work is seamless, looks so natural, and has received many compliments from colleagues, friends and loved-ones. One of my family told me honestly that Laura's work has been "utterly transformative" to my look. Laura is highly detailed and provides excellent aftercare service and guidance too. Laura is amazing. She's very welcoming and will answer any question you have. I wish i knew about SMP sooner but very happy with results and it can really work and mix well with a hair transplant(not the best job) . Results have been very pleasing 😀 The procedure is very easy and relaxing. No pain and doesnt affect you in anyway (just no sweating and washing) for a couple of days, compared to a hair transplant which is a crazy operation. If you're thinking about it, just talk to Laura, she will put your mind at ease and help in anyway!
