Fantastic service. My wife is so happy. The Browns team was so carrying which made the process a great experience. Our thanks goes also to the lovely NHS team which corresponded with Browns automatically so we could fully focus on choosing the perfect wig.

If zero or minus rating were options....this would have been the score. Poorest quality product and terrible service. Wouldn't trust them as far as I would throw them...

Shocking service, been waiting nearly one year for a wig for my daughter. Phone calls not answered or returned, messages left, read not replied. When she does reply she just says she will chase it up and doesn't get back. My daughter is desperately in need of this service and is being massively failed by rhis nhs service.
