I recently had a new hair system fitted at Optima Hair Specialist Birmingham and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Pete is not only professional but also genuinely caring, taking the time to listen to what I wanted and explaining every step clearly. I must say that its not a one step job, sometime it takes time and few extra steps to get the perfection. But what stood out most for me was how much pride Optima take in their work. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and tailored to me. The aftercare advice has been brilliant too and they fully cooperated to my satisfaction for all the things I needed and asked for. Pete has got a really good and professional team. I can't mention everyone's name but the one person I would really thank here is Elyssha Brian. A real asset for Optima.

I have been coming to this clinic for 9 years and I do not write reviews in general in particular if it’s regarding something personal like your hair. I must say, Optima by far is the best hair clinic if not in the UK but certainly in Birmingham. The staff both hairstylist and reception are exceptionally welcoming in particular Jo who have managed to keep by sometimes unreasonable demands of getting myself quicker . Very highly recommend and Kaz is by far the best stylist

Honestly one of the best clinics I have been to who were straight to the point and honest. I initially had a free consultation booked to see if laser hair therapy would be a good fit for me and after explaining all the tests I had done previously and the “specialists” I had seen. Annie took the time to understand my history and recommended I get a scalp scan done and I was taken to meet Pete to take a scalp scan. Immediately after the scalp scan he explained what it showed and he was honest with me about you need to manage expectations and to understand what is possible. I was sold a dream by other specialists those who did PRP, Tricology and other remedies who told me it will all come back and by age 23 I had roughly spent just under £5000 pounds. When no one was upfront with me about what was possible and just let me keep paying them for treatments that wouldn’t work. He also explained I was also getting ripped off by a serum given by my trichologist which was framed as a strong and powerful treatment for £40 a month when it was just a simple stimulant which cost just a few pounds to make. Pete took the time out to explain how bad this industry was and he went through the same thing at my age and tried absolutely everything that all the specialists had to offer with little to no success. It was definitely reassuring speaking with someone who had gone through the same thing, I was then showed by Annie what was possible through the laser therapy. There was no hard sell, you can tell just by speaking with the team how passionate they are about actually providing quality services instead of just selling packages like the rest of the industry. At the moment I have decided not to go for treatment but couldn’t recommend the team enough and would definitely consider them in the future if I do decide to go for treatment. You can tell Optima is focused on helping the client and not just making the money and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Great to see Pete , Caz and the team. They are always welcoming, super professional, respectful and so discrete. Would thoroughly recommend their services, their help gave me my confidence back with an issue which had impacted me for years.
