I had an amazing experience with my hair transplant and the entire journey from start to finish. From the first consultation, the team made me feel comfortable, well informed, and confident in my decision. The clinics themselves are beautiful, very clean, modern, and spacious, which really adds to the overall experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating, always making sure you are looked after and answering any questions you might have. What really stood out for me was the level of care before and after the procedure. The pre care and aftercare have been excellent. The package included 12 months indepth aftercare sessions with red light therapy and PRP treatments, along with constant monitoring of progress with regular photos and check ins. Everything was explained clearly and carried out with great attention to detail, which really reassured me throughout the recovery process. It is clear that the team genuinely care about the results and the full journey, not just the procedure itself. The whole experience has been smooth, well organised, and very professional. I am very happy with my progress so far and grateful for the support from the entire team throughout my journey. I would highly recommend these clinics to anyone considering a hair transplant.
