Wonder is amazing!. I went to her for a consultation, extension take down and treatment & trim as i was feeling frustrated and a bit fed up with what to do with my 4c natural hair, the salon is immaculate and she put me at ease straight away, she really took the time to listen to all my hair questions and concerns (which itself is really empowering) and made great suggestions. - she is knowledgeable on all hair types and dedicated to supporting you in your hair journey. I left the salon feeling really good, my hair looks & smells amazing! Most of all she has helped me fall more in love with my hair and motivated me to commit to my haircare routine. Thank you Wonder, keep doing what u do!

It was my first time at Wonder Rose Haor Studio and I had the tanin treatment. I love the results, the owner is very friendly and welcoming and most importantly she made sure I was happy with my hair. I will definitely return. Thank you for transforming my hair.

I booked a Black Friday silk press deal that was advertised to include a steam treatment and a trim. I specifically confirmed this deal was still available before paying my £25 deposit. However, the experience was disappointing: 1. The steam treatment was not provided during my appointment. 2. After the appointment, the stylist claimed the treatment wasn't included because I was outside the promotional window—despite confirming it was available when I booked. 3. When I raised the issue, the stylist refused to offer a refund or a future credit for the missed service. 4. Rather than honouring the original agreement or offering a compromise for the missed treatment, the stylist stated they would not provide a refund or a complimentary treatment in the future and abruptly ended the conversation, refusing further discussion. While I was around 15 minutes late, the service was still completed within the allotted time, yet this was used as a justification for why certain promotional elements weren't guaranteed. While the initial result was okay, my hair frizzed much sooner than usual (within 4 days), likely due to the missing steam treatment. I would caution others to get a very clear, written breakdown of what is included before paying a deposit, as the advertised service may not be fully honored.
