Beauty Spot Warehouse

I have been a loyal customer for 8 years and have always been happy with the service until yesterday. I usually pay in advance for my extension fitting or tightening appointments. Unfortunately, I missed my most recent tightening appointment because my mum was suddenly taken ill and had to be admitted to hospital. This was completely unforeseen. I explained the situation to Laura, however she showed no understanding and told me I would have to pay again, and that the money I had already paid in advance would be lost. I tried to explain the circumstances, but she was adamant and unwilling to help. I was left feeling very upset and hurt. In all the years I have been coming here, I have never missed an appointment until now, and this was due to an emergency beyond my control. Sadly, yesterday was the last time I will be taking my business there. I have since found someone new and have already booked a consultation.

Came in today for just 4 tape refits . Laura’s customer service skills were brilliant. Felt like she went above & beyond for me as a a customer. Very friendly and definitely a people’s person. What an asset to the Blackburn branch!

Absolutely lovely service had my hair extensions fitted today and I love them 😍 felt so comfortable lovely people and service would highly recommend ❤️ the woman who fitted my extensions was so lovely down to earth and really catered for what suited me ❤️
