When the clinic opened I was one of the first customers. I was very insecure and had low self esteem. Over the three and half years of having multiple treatments including microneedling, dermabrasions, peels, skin rejuvenating treatments, lasers (on body for hair and for acne scarring on face), hydrafacials, PRP. I can confidently say I feel much more confident now and happier with regards to be confident in my own skin. Romana has always been so friendly from the start and always love having a catch up with her. From day one of the consultation she told me that it will take time for things to improve. Acne scarring can't be treated in one treatment. All treatments have been of high quality, hygienic and have been great. I definitely recommend to get treatments from here. Romana is knowledgeable and completes services accurately and carefully. I recently had a birthday hydrafacial by Oliwia and she informed me of the steps and made me comfortable, she is also lovely too. Highly recommend!

I always have a great experience here, the staff are all helpful and friendly, very organised and kind. Everytime i come into the clinic all the staff always treat me with kindness. Romana does my treatment and she is always great, very attentive and careful doing the treatment and genuinely cares about my wellbeing during the treatment. I got the chemical eye peel and everytime I'm undergoing the treatment she makes sure to ask multiple times if it feels okay and she also keeps an eye on my skin the whole time throughout the treatment to make sure my skin is not having a reaction. She always makes sure to leave the chemical peel on my skin the exact time that it should be left on. Any questions I have, she always answers and gives advice on what to do and what not to do post treatment. I have noticed romana is very knowledgeable in her profession and cares about customer's safety. I would highly recommend this clinic 💯🌟 I notice improvements in my undereyes after every treatment.
