Just had to leave a review for this amazing salon. I took my friend who has a disability and wheelchair bound to this salon today. I had rang round various salons a couple of weeks back to get advice on access cost etc. I chose this one as the person who I didn't get her name was so helpful and lovely. Today Sarah cut and coloured her hair. Not only was the cut and colour amazing but she was just so wonderful with my friend. Helping get her to the sink Adele came and helped aswell. Felt so comfortable for me and my friend. Would never go anywhere else. Absolutely overwhelmed how lovely this experience was for my friend. Thank you so much.

Had a fantastic experience here last week. Jade took the time to do a thorough consultation before starting and gave me exactly the cut I was looking for! Wonderful facilities and wonderful staff. I will definitely be back again!

Thank you Adele, I had done my hair at home for a long time and wanted to go back to a more natural and bright look. I was unsure what could be achieved in one appointment but Adele was able to talk me through the process and help me achieve the look that I wanted. I felt very relaxed and comfortable at the salon. My hair was before uneven and a bit lifeless. Now it is looking healthy and beautiful thank you Adele

Came into BOB for first time yesterday as a pre birthday treat. Was seen by Alicia and have the best experience ever!!! As a new mum and not having the time to do something for myself was just perfect way to spend my dad baby free! Alicia did an amazing job on my hair and I love it so much! Will most definitely be coming back again!

Had a consultation for blonde to be put back in the front section and specifically requested no red tones. The result is shown in the pictures. The consultation was effectively a waste of time. I can’t say I’m particularly happy with the results. As the blonde was the main criteria and, did not request honey tones which were added when I complained and went back. The staff are lovely, but in my case I can’t honestly say I had the results I requested and paying £170. I had a considerable amount cut off too 6 inches due to my hair tangling, but this is the nature of the type of my hair and I’m regretting listening to the stylist. When really all I wanted was 2 inches. In response, as you will see from the above review I did go back to the salon to complain but I still did not get what I requested, if you have not been listened to is there any point in complaining there and then? I said absolutely nothing about six inches being cut off I made no remark to this at all this was most definitely not agreed at the consultation. I am devastated as my hair is now harder to style and does not keep a good shape. I did not say anything at the time as I was hiding how upset I am. It was my intention to cancel May right from the start The colour will have to be rectified, the cut however cannot be changed 😔. I have had negative comments from close friends and family 😔So I had to now speak out as it has affected me so detrimentally hence my review. I can no longer put my hair up or platt it due to the nature of the very blunt cutting style 😭 It’s honestly a complete mess I wish never went to this salon. Finally went to a salon that listened to me in Windsor. I have been told I look so much better and that Bobs colouring actually was aging on me to say the least when you look at the photo of my crown it appeared little had been done by the stylist. When I think now it’s disgusting that absolutely no refund was offered from Bobs, just the general “she’s a top stylist” they didn’t even read this properly as you will read when the manager said “why didn’t you complain”. I DID, I went back for correction and still wasn’t listened to! Very very poor experience I’m afraid here! Costing another £95! ) I hope my full review gives the opportunity to help make an informed choice from my particular experience.
