I have been on hairsystem for a while but was always disappointed with services offered across various saloon's in London. A bit of research to find the right expert helped my find Caroline. She is a champion in this field of work. Her experience speak up for her work. A 'perfectionist' I would call. She helped sort my hair system old and new one. She has the patience to address all the queries. Every customer is special and she ensures you leave happy. Fabulous service and now I am at ease knowing I finally found the right person with the perfect skill set. Kudos !!

Right from the start, Caroline has been very sweet and supportive. I got my first ever hair system fitted from her and she did an wonderful job of it. She answered all of my questions on the fitting day, and is still very responsive whenever I ping her with any queries :) thanks Caroline!
