I had my nanos fitted by Dionne and couldn’t recommend her more! She is amazing at what she does and her attention to detail is incredible, I couldn’t be happier with how they are fitted and the time and attention she took on the hair cut to get exactly what I wanted. It’s the best my hair has ever looked!

I want to share my personal experience so others can make an informed choice before booking. About a year ago, I had hair extensions fitted here. When I got home, I noticed that the extensions had tiny black dots attached to the strands (visible in the photos). There were also white particles that didn’t show well on camera, especially at the back of my head, but they were definitely there. They were stuck and could not be brushed out. I’ve worn extensions before and currently wear them again, and I have never had anything like this happen. I was honestly shocked and embarrassed — I even felt too ashamed to show my partner, because I had just paid 440£ and came home with hair that looked and felt completely wrong. I showed the photos to several professional stylists who work with extensions, and they all said they had never seen anything like it and that, if the pictures show what it appears to be, it would be completely unacceptable to install that into someone’s hair. I contacted the stylist the next day, and she removed the extensions, but she didn’t apologise, acknowledge the problem, or offer any kind of refund or goodwill gesture. I even suggested she could keep the money for her work and just refund me for the hair itself, but she refused and told me everything was fine — even though the issue was clearly visible. Later, I opened a small claim and took the matter to court. During mediation, she continued to deny everything, which made me feel completely gaslighted. I eventually didn’t attend the final hearing because I couldn’t face that emotional stress again. Everyone can make mistakes, but what truly disappointed me was the lack of responsibility and compassion. Even if it hadn’t been her fault, a professional would at least acknowledge the issue and try to make things right. This is my honest personal experience, and others may have had positive results. I simply want to warn anyone considering extensions here to check the hair carefully before application, to make sure the hair source and hygiene meet your standards. Sometimes as clients, we have bad luck — and this was mine. I just hope my review helps someone else avoid losing money and going through the same frustration.
