From my very first consultation through to my colour, treatment, extension fitting and cut, the entire experience was exceptional. Danni and Luci are true experts — professional, highly skilled, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They listened carefully to my concerns and needs, offering guidance and advice every step of the way. I couldn’t have been in more capable hands. To top it off, they are the loveliest, kindest women you could ever hope to meet. The salon itself is stunning, with so much thought and attention put into creating a beautiful ambience and aesthetic experience. Five stars simply aren’t enough for the incredible work Luci and Danni do. I’ve followed their work from afar for a long time and finally built up the courage to book a consultation. My hair is very fine and has always lacked volume, so I walked in unsure whether anything could really be done. I left not only reassured, but full of knowledge and with a clear, personalised plan to achieve the hair I’ve always wanted. Today, I returned to have Racoon Luxe bonds fitted and thrilled doesn’t even begin to cover how I feel. I cried happy tears. For the first time, I finally have the hair of my dreams! The colour match is exceptional as well. I didn’t want to dye my natural hair and they completely understood. They created a bespoke match using three different shades, and the result is seamless. My experience with Luci and Dani has been phenomenal from day 1! I've come from another salon and have had a rather traumatic experience there, so I was amazed to find out that there are truly caring and top quality professionals out there who can take good care of your appearance as well as boost your confidence and inner calmness. Both Luci and Dani have spent an extraordinary amount of time with me, listening to my needs and inspiration and guiding me to the best possible result. The feeling that you can have all the time in the world is priceless, where there is no pressure to "get things done" and get you out of the door quickly for the next customer. From the moment I stepped into Auburn and Onyx salon I felt welcome and treated with respect and warmth. The salon is in impeccable condition, spotless and perfectly decorated to provide a serene and inspirational environment. The ladies offer a wide variety of super delicious drinks and snacks which are always making my day. Every detail has been thought through with the customer in mind, and that is exactly what people like me are truly appreciating. Every touch makes things special, like the candles in the bathroom and the luxurious way they serve your drink. When it comes to the quality of materials and work, there are no words for me to describe the new world I have discovered in A+O. In my previous experience with the other salon, I was supplied with a much lower quality of hair, not given any useful instructions on how to take care of it, treated like another "head to finish" and rushed through my appointment. Not the case with these ladies! The hair is the best quality I've ever had, carefully selected through their suppliers and with the best care instructions provided by Luci and Dani, it has lasted at least +30% of the time it is normally expected to. The products used in the salon and recommended for home use are amazing and I've seen a massive difference in the hair's softness, brilliance and lifespan. The welcome kit is such a sweet starter set along with the written and verbal advice, which take a lot of stress of someone's shoulders. The last thing to mention, which I find the most important, is that the ladies have been approaching me with integrity and exceptional ethos, allowing me to consider options that do not necessarily make more profit for them, while always pushing the boundaries of what they can continue learning and achieving to make one more person happy and confident again.

After so many years of being insecure about my hair I knew I found the right salon as soon as soon as I walked through the door. They were kind, considerate and made sure I was okay each step of the way. Luci asked me about my hair and what I wanted to achieve and let me know what was achievable. Dani was so great at styling it once it was all put together. You can tell they both truly care about their clients and have a passion for what they do. Auburn and Onyx are top quality professionals. I had the pleasure of a consultation and then a complete hair makeover. I have to say I was nervous as it was a leap of faith. However never ever worry about believing and trusting in this pair of artists and hair magicians. Danny and and Lucie are incredible. They are honest and creative and so supportive of your hair goals. I am blown away - they sent me from Primani to Amani. I feel incredible after their artistry - if you are thinking of doing this- just go for it. You will be amazed at the difference that this makes to your life. What a professional company- has everything. Both are so friendly, they consider your insecurities and work with you to achieve your dreams and they make them come true.
