Finding this place was like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. When I first had it done last November it changed my life completely,what a fantastic job they’ve done. The staff Emma Brooke and Sian make you feel so relaxed and are super friendly . The transformation on my head is unbelievable they really worked their magic.I’m the only man that goes there but that doesn’t bother me and I’m so glad they took me on. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and the staff feel more like friends now. Thank you thank you thank you 10/10

I feel so grateful to have come across Hair Solved in Bristol and Emma went out of her way to accommodate me very last minute and on a Monday when the salon wouldn’t ordinarily be open. Her work was meticulous and I felt like she had all the time in the world for me. She put me at ease and I’m so happy with the result! I then followed up with Shannon, who explained how to wash and style the hair and was also really lovely, professional and welcoming. I honestly can’t thank them enough for their work and being so accommodating. It has removed a huge stress during such a challenging time.

After doing my homework and talking with other hair system companies I opted to go with Emma and the team in Bristol. With my hair loss at the front and back Emma took me through all the different options. On the day, there was a little hiccup but the team went above and beyond to resolve. I am so impressed with my system and love to tell people about it when I receive compliments.. 'its not my real hair ' they are shocked when I tell them!!
