My partner had, from start to finish a very disappointing experience (to put it mildly). He had his first consultation with Phil to discuss the hair colour and give a hair sample. When the system arrived (nearly 4 months later) it wasn't a colour match at all. When pointed out 2 days after fitting they tried to pin it on the sunshine until I showed a picture taken on the day of the fitting that clearly showed it was the wrong colour. He had to dye his hair to try and match the colour of the system. It was also the wrong density as that was never even discussed. At the first fitting there were tutorials or products given (or even on sale) so we had to find all the ind and instructions to refit through tiktok. In the meantime the business was sold by Phil to someone else. They were very friendly and helpfull so offered a 50% discount on the next system so we gave then another chance. They said it would be fast tracked (6 weeks instead of 12 weeks) but somehow that wasn't communicated internally so the system didn't arrive in time for my holiday. When the new system was fitted (this time it was a perfect match) the next day it came loose at the front so we had to refit it ourselves. Since then we found another place that does really good refits, is a very clean and pleasant place to be in and, more importantly, their delivery time for a new system is just 4 weeks. I sincerely hope that the new owners will deliver a better experience for any future clients but needless to say that we wont be going back there.

Having worn a hair system for over 20 years I can confidently say that hair for all is up there with the best and by far the best value for money. Excellent and friendly staff make the experience even better. Excellent hair systems at unbeatable price. Highly recommend.

I have been wearing hair systems for thirty years and have tried all the main hair system suppliers based in the UK and USA. hair4all have supplied the best systems that I have ever seen in terms of hair quality and accurate density and at a very reasonable price. I can strongly recommend them. Just received two new systems and hair quality and colour are fantastic - thanks again to H4A and their great factory! Received more new systems November 2018 and both exceptional quality - fitted one this week and it is perfect density, great colour and hair quality is amazing. Lace front with brushed back style - totally undetectable hairline. Such a relief to find somewhere that can supply consistently great systems!

After an initial meeting with Phil, who was so positive about the system, it was so easy to make my decision to go ahead. Getting my system was amazing, Zoe went through everything in fine detail, then set work on my transformation. I couldn't believe the results as I had a very clear idea of the style I wanted and Zoe got it absolutely spot on. Even my own mother couldn't work out what I had done and so far none of my regular customers in work have caught on. Nobody has said anything or even mentioned my dramatic transformation which is exactly what I wanted as I haven't had to tell them, which is the ideal scenario. It's tough to stop playing with as I'm not used to having so much hair. If you are slightly interested in getting your own system, stop thinking about it and just do it.
