Tom did an absolutely outstanding job on my SMP (scalp micropigmentation), and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to detail. He took the time to explain the entire process, answer all my questions, and design a hairline that perfectly suited my face and style. I was obviously incredibly nervous approaching what felt like a 'big deal' and could have easily backed out of going through this process. I just had to have faith it would bring about the desired outcome of feeling more confident in myself! His precision and artistry really show in the final result. The pigment placement looks completely natural, with the perfect density and blend. Can’t thank Tom enough he’s a master of his trade, read the reviews first because I was unsure to start with. As soon as we met he made me feel at ease and enjoyed every moment especially at the end of each session,I was amazed each time and has given me some confidence back as I always worn a cap before. I had my micropigmentation done by Tom, and I’m very happy with the results. He was incredibly thorough and made sure everything looked completely natural. I had three sessions done, and Tom even offered a free fourth session to ensure I was happy with the look and coverage, which really shows how much he cares about his clients. As a female who has struggled with diffuse hair thinning since my teenage years, I’ve tried all sorts of things over the years, such as hair fibers, but they’re messy, temporary, and unrealistic.
