I met with Chris Hinchcliffe today. I was anxious about this appointment and not totally sure of what to expect. Chris though, immediately put me at ease, understood my concerns and showed compassion regarding my hair loss. Chris was very patient and spent a lot of time with me but no hard sale. I came away with a clear plan of what was available should I wish to proceed. If you are starting your journey into hair replacement systems, this is a good place to start.

I recently had a video consultation with Daniella who was extremely empathetic and easy to talk to about a difficult subject. This really encouraged me and has given me the confidence to go ahead. Now I have made the decision I’m looking forward to my appointments at the Bristol salon.

The telephone consultation was so informative and at no time was anything forced or pushed on me, I received all the relevant information but, sadly I cannot afford the maintenance as I am a 70 year old pensioner who’s hair never grew back properly after cancer. Thank you tho. Joyce
