I had an extremely disappointing experience with ST Unique Hair System LTD. Firstly, the quality of the hair system was subpar, shedding within just five weeks of use and the colour fading in only three weeks, which is unacceptable. For a system that was explained to me to last "up to eight months," it managed five weeks before I had to get it replaced. On top of the £200 for the hair system, I was charged an unbelievable £400 for fitting, which I believe was not done properly—it was positioned too low on my forehead and as i found out later at a 10-degree angle, showing his lack of experience. When I reached out to Scott on two occasions to fix the issue, he brushed me off and said he would charge extra (on top of the service charge) to amend it. Overall, I had the most unpleasant and unprofessional experience I've ever had with a business, causing me significant stress. There are much better options available that cost around £200 less and use much higher-quality hair systems, as I have now discovered by using a different company. Knowing what I know now, I would absolutely not use or recommend Scott's services at HD Unique Hair Systems LTD.

Had a consultation with Scott very professional and knowledgeable and I decided a hair system would be the way forward for myself. Today I went for my fitting and cut and I was absolutely blown away with the results it’s painless and the results are instant. Scott is truly a genius at what he does explains everything throughly, I just wished I’d done this years ago. My confidence has been restored.
