I can happily say that I have have found Thatch hair systems A professional, reliable barbers which install systems that match the density of my hair. A client since 2022, Paula and her team have listened, and worked and guided me with my systems that can be styled anyway I like. I would highly recommend Chaps-Thatch if you are looking to getting a new hair system. Her pleasant nature, experience in hair and knowledge of the trade makes the process efficient and enjoyable.

Following what was a very emotional and life changing decision, I reached out to a family member who had previously gone through the hair system process and after discussions a high recommendation was made to speak with the people at thatch systems. I therefore contacted them directly who in turn arranged for me to have a consultation. I would be lying if I didn’t say I was a bag of nerves and slightly embarrassed, however after sitting down with Paula and running through things I knew immediately it was the best thing to do, Paula has and still is been excellent throughout, she put me at ease and made me comfortable throughout the whole process up until the day of the hair system being done. Paula herself did the system and from a personal perspective I cannot rate thatch systems highly enough to the point 5 stars is not enough. They made an emotional, life changing decision very easy and can honestly say it has changed my life in such a short space of time. And the aftercare that’s on offer is second to none. I could honestly go on and on about how excellent thatch are but there isn’t enough words. Once again thanks guys and in particular Paula for changing my life for the better, as I can now tackle life with an abundance of confidence and be an overall happier person and better partner and dad.

I decided to do this pretty fast, without anyone knowing (including my wife, ha) and was supported all the way through by Paula and then Dom. Both have been outstanding in what, as other reviews say, in the transformational service Thatch offers. They always try to test and improve any new product or tech that comes out, which means they genuinely care about about improving systems and are at the cutting edge of what real hair replacement looks like. I drive about an hour to get there, and don't know a friendlier, kinder and funnier bunch. Thanks, Chaps...!

I don’t normally do Google reviews for anything, but I’ve been so happy with the service here that it deserves one. I’ve been going here for years now and I think it is absolutely brilliant. The systems themselves are brilliant and last for ages, and the whole experience will make you feel like yourself again. I personally feel like this is what I would look like naturally, and I have full confidence knowing nobody can tell I’ve lost my hair — I can just go about living a normal life. I had previously used another business which I was unhappy with as the quality was not good. I then did a ton of research into who does this product and service, and I found Paula and the team to be the most knowledgeable, only using the best products available — which obviously gives you the best look and outcome. A lot of people in this world don’t even know that this is an option, so I feel lucky and confident to have found them.
