I would definitely recommend Caroline at Cambridge Trichology. She was knowledgable, helpful and very personable. She took time and care to understand my situation and thoroughly examined my head and scalp. She was very clear when discussing her findings with me and gave me various ideas to try. After our meeting she sent me a very detailed email outlining her findings and suggestions. She was extremely professional and approachable.

I visited Caroline last month regarding my ongoing hair loss over the past two years. I highly recommend going to her if you are experiencing the same, as loosing your hair as a young woman can be very distressing. She was very warm and welcoming and even went over time to ensure she could help me the best as possible. I visited Caroline in June and July this year for my recent hair loss. My experience was excellent, she was very thorough taking a detailed medical history, and took time to listen to my concerns. She examined my scalp and hair thoroughly. My scalp has improved following her recommendations and although my hair loss has not worsened, I have to be patient. Whenever I emailed with questions she was very responsive. She was professional, knowledgeable and kind.
