I would give zero stars if I could. This company has been incredibly unprofessional and discourteous throughout my experience. Despite reaching out multiple times, I still have not received a confirmation email. After several attempts to follow up, they decided to cancel my order and issue a refund—apparently only after they saw my negative review on Trustpilot. Although the issue was eventually resolved, their lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a bad impression. I would have been willing to reconsider my initial review if they had handled the situation better, but their attitude and behaviour only reinforced my dissatisfaction. I wish them the best, but I will not be recommending them. Terrible service!

Good prices, great wigs. Delivered in just over a week. I would definitely use again & recommend to all. Just remember they are a small company so give them a bit more time than bigger operators.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer service!!! went in thinking i wanted in, came out with something 100 times better! sarah was so patient with me as I was a bit picky and really helped me find the perfect fit and look for me!! on more than one occasion. she also really helped me as a fist time wig wearer with tips and advice. I would defo 100% recommend!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Evri left parcel outside on front door step. Item was not received. I contacted them for a replacement or refund. They have refused to take responsibility, as a business owner myself I know the process of what should happen in this instance. They were no help and rude. Do not order from this company, save your time and money. EDIT: if you have a look at all their responses to bad reviews, you can see they never take ownership. I did not ask for it to be left in a safe place, so it should not have been left in a safe place. The front doorstep of a house on a main road is also not a “safe place”. I also understand you are not the courier, however, you saying you are not responsible for the courier is in fact incorrect. You as the business owner and sender ARE responsible for the courier and the shipment of your product under the consumer rights act 2015. As a business owner myself as you have stated, I help my customers when they are in need and not try to shift blame onto them. Ridiculously disappointing.

I would have given a zero if that was possible. Purchased some crochet briads and paid £12 for express delivery. Didn’t receive the hair or get a refund. Plus no reply to emails. Be aware besides there are far better suppliers with cheaper delivery prices and much better customer services. I was in 2 minds shopping from them and i shouldn't have bothered. Don't bother.
