Mike was amazing untangling my sister's very matted hair whom has a severe mental illness. He was very patient, understanding and lovely with her and ensured she remained relaxed throughout the appointment. Highly recommend.

I went to this salon for the first time feeling a bit unsure of what to expect, but I honestly couldn’t have been happier. From the moment I walked in, the experience was fantastic. The receptionist was so warm and welcoming and even brought me a lovely pot of tea, which was such a nice touch. Mike was absolutely brilliant, friendly, professional, and clearly very skilled at what he does. He really took the time to listen and made me feel completely at ease. The service from start to finish was outstanding, and I left feeling genuinely impressed and very well looked after. I can’t recommend this salon highly enough and will definitely be back.

Had a lovely haircut with Ellie today who is currently training. She did fantastically! If anyone is hesitant to get their hair done by a trainee hairdresser, don't be! Best £15.00 I ever spent on my hair! Highly recommend.
