Had an absolutely pleasant experience chatting whilst she did my hair and she also was so helpful showing me some tips for how to redo the style myself at home. I was incredibly anxious coming in as it’s been over 5 years since I’d had my hair cut professionally. I have very frizzy, box dyed hair and a double crown meaning most hairdressers won’t even touch my hair, but Leah was an absolute gem from the moment I sat in her chair. She was so friendly, calming and genuinely lovely to talk to, we even talked about music and I showed her pictures of my fur babies. You could tell straight away that she really knows her stuff. She even worked out which side I sleep on just from how my hair was sitting, that level of attention to detail blew me away. I left feeling so much more confident and really happy with my hair. I love the layers and the way my face is framed so softly. I can’t thank Leah enough, I’ll definitely be coming back and strongly recommend her. Also shoutout to the woman who washed my hair (didn’t catch her name) but she was so gentle and sweet.
