I took my beautiful mum in law to see Emma, she is honestly like an Angel! The first thing thay struck me was the amount time she spent listening, chatting and really getting to know her client, you can see how passionate she is about what she does. My mum was so nervous about getting a wig, worried about "it looking like a wig" I was blown away with the quality and just how real they look. To see my mum look so happy, glowing infact bought tears to my eyes. 1000% recommend Emma! She knows exactly what is best and will look after you through the wig process. I took my mum to see Emma after my mum lost her hair during chemotherapy. Emma is super friendly and makes everyone feel at ease and comfortable. She explains how the process works so thoroughly, so you understand how your wig will be made all the way through to aftercare. Emma has so much knowledge and experience, and so she knew exactly the kind of wig my mum was looking for after speaking with her during her first appointment and looking at photos of her. My mum is absolutely delighted with her wig - it is comfortable, stylish and has made her feel back to herself again after losing her hair. It has brought her confidence back and now she feels excited to get back out there. Thank you so much Emma! We would recommend to everyone!

Wow! Emma is such a lovely, welcoming, and friendly, lady. My daughter-in-law and I were immediately put at ease with the delightful 'Welcome, Cherry' sign as we approached. Right from the beginning, we felt at home, while Emma chatted with us. It was so relaxed. When it came to choosing my new hair, Emma already had something in mind for me, that would suit my style, skin colour, and personality. She was right first time! However, she likes you to try others as a comparison so that you know what is right for you. On returning for my fitting, Emma explained very carefully, and patiently, about how to put on the wig properly, so I'd be confident when out and about. She then trimmed the fringe to exactly where it looked natural, and to my liking. Nothing else needed to be trimmed, as it looked so good. Following that, Emma explained about all the after care, with many tips and recommendations, which I was so thankful for. With her years of experience, I felt so comfortable knowing that not only would she do a perfect job, but that her knowledge and expertise would be invaluable. It was also reassuring, being a cancer patient, and halfway through the chemo process. It was so lovely to chat with Emma, in such a cosy sitting room environment. My daughter-in-law loved it, as she was welcomed as a part of the whole experience too. I am so very pleased that I chose my 'new hair' from Emma at Emmy-Lou. I will feel more confident when going out (on my good days!) and my family say I look years younger, as it's given me a glow! Thank you so much, Emma. I would recommend you to anyone and everyone.
