Helen Porter Advanced Cosmetics

My experience with Helen Porter cosmetics has been great from start to finish. I approached them to enquire about scalp micropigmentation and from the first meeting I knew that I would be in safe hands. Andrea was a pleasure to deal with, always making me feel comfortable and nothing was ever too much trouble. Before going for this treatment I felt that I knew what it entailed and the factors that could vary the results. The result I have finished with is amazing and I cant thank Andrea enough for her time and patience with me - 100% recommend!

Unfortunately I didn’t not have a pleasant experience with Helen porter cosmetics Canterbury. I found the staff there very rude and unprofessional, when I walked in for my appointment I was left sitting there whilst they were having a conversation amongst themselves for 15 minuets until the girl out the back who was doing my eyelashes came looking for me. However I will say that the lovely girl that did my eyelashes was very nice and did a great job on my eyelashes. It’s a shame that her fellow co-workers weren’t as professional. I also tried to re-book my infills but they didn’t confirm my booking and then questioned why I did not turn up to the appointment.

0 stars. I visited 2 years ago for Laser Hair Removal(which has now been updated to Electrolysis I see) which did not go well at all despite Catherine promising the process was fine. I still have burns from the laser to this day. Very unsafe practice and I'm sure they don't actually know about the machines they use, I would highly recommend to stay away from this place if you enjoy your health.

I went to Helen porter advanced cosmetics two years ago to have an initial assessment done on how they could help me, I had opted to have scalp micropigmentation to restore my hair line and areas where i had male pattern baldness. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable while the process and my options were explained to me, when deciding on my new hair line i was presented with a variety of options and with there expert advice we settled on the style. The process was conducted in the studio in canterbury which is very clean and private, I was made comfortable and after a few test points on my scalp to ensure i was happy we went ahead. I found the process to be almost painless and in just one session was blown away with the results, I returned for a further 3 sesions until they were happy with my over all look and results but from day 1 the change was night and day. Prior to my treatment i always wore hats and received comments about my bald patches, Apart from close friends and family my new hair is never noticed and my confidence has been fully restored. Two years on and i returned to the clinic to have a chat and show them how my hair looked, In my job i work outside frequently and have a lot of exposure to the sun but it hasn't faded atall and still looks as natural and sharp as when originally done. I cant recomend the clinic and staff enough Andrea and Helen have been fantastic all the way through my transformation and i cannot thanks them enough. 5 star service and results.

Catherine Byfield is awesome! I have been seeing Catherine for some months now for hair removal and have recommended her to many friends! Catherine is always so friendly, welcoming and a consummate professional. Catherine is exceptional at what she does and I always feel safe in her hands. Thanks for your continued dedication!
