I have had 2 appointments with Sarah in the last 7 months. Sarah is completely understanding and listens to concerns with my hair. She checked my blood results and reassured me on both occasions. I contacted Sarah recently and she responded within 1 day even though she was on holiday. Sarah is extremely professional and makes you feel at ease. I recommend Sarah 100% if you have any hair concerns.

Sarah was truly fantastic! She has saved my hair from falling out, she diagnosed me with telogen effluvium and knew exactly how to treat it. Even when times were worrying and scary when I was rapidly losing my hair she was there down the phone or on email with reassurance. She nailed everything and i am now sitting here with healthy hair with no shedding even when my GP did not acknowledge the symptoms she organised blood tests so quickly and got everything done so we could start treatment asap! I couldn’t be more grateful! THANK YOU SARAH!!

Visited Sarah today for hair loss/thinning i have been experiencing for a few years. After being to the doctors and seeing a dermatologist and not really getting anywhere, i decided to go further and sort something myself. I found Sarah who responded Straight away to my email i sent and got me booked me. Sarah was warming and welcoming when i arrived, asked a few questions and before even looking at my hair/scalp had an idea of what it could be. Sarah examined my hair and talked me through what she see, and told me it was nothing to worry about and something she could help with once i had my bloods taken.
