My experience with Shobie was absolutely wonderful. She truly went above and beyond to help me find a wig that matched everything I was looking for. She even showed me a wig I hadn’t initially considered, but once I tried it on, I instantly loved it and it ended up being the one I took home. Shobie and her daughter were incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. They gave me all the time I needed to make a decision without any pressure or persuasion, offering genuinely useful advice while still allowing me to follow my own instincts. I had expected this to be a long process with multiple visits, but I walked out that same day with a wig that felt perfect on me. I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase and the whole experience. I have had a fear of going to a hairdressing salon for a few years as I found large and busy salons too noisy and overwhelming - and then I found Shobie's salon. From the start, I felt welcome and comfortable. It was a relaxing experience and environment, Shobie put me at ease and is very friendly - I enjoyed chatting to the other client.
