I’ve had several difficult experiences in the past trying to find a wig that was comfortable and truly suited me, so I came in feeling quite nervous. But Hediye changed that from the moment I met her. She was warm, empathetic, and genuinely listened to what I needed. I immediately felt understood and completely at ease. I left with a beautiful new wig that not only suits me perfectly but finally fits my head without any pain or discomfort. It feels like such a relief after everything I’ve been through. Hediye is also altering two of my previous wigs to make them work better for me and to hopefully save more expense by correcting these pieces for me. Honestly, I am so glad I found her! I would like to thank Hediye for her advice on buying my real hair wig. I tried lots of different ones before coming across Hediye that went frizzy on the ends and looked awful after a few weeks and were not cheap. Hediye knowledge and advice and her lovely nature was amazing straight away. I now have my perfect real hair wig that fits perfectly and I can style as I please. I am so lucky I found Hediye. Since losing the hair on my crown I was wasting so much money on synthetic wigs that didn’t look natural and didn’t fit properly. I had a consultation with Hediye on FaceTime as I live hours away. She chose a colour to match with my natural hair and we discussed length & density & measurements. The wig I received fits perfectly, matches my hair colour and is absolutely beautiful. The hairline and lace is so impressively natural I can barely spot the lace on myself. The hair is so soft so I haven’t had any issues with tangles. I am 100% going to be buying another but just not sure which style yet because I love this one so much!!
