Hair Hub

Ordered a new hair system for the first time from Hair Hub and paid for a rush (6-7 weeks). It took 10 weeks to arrive. I still haven’t been refunded to £50 this cost me. I also paid for tape within my order which has not arrived yet. Poor communication - text messages ignored, phone not answered and no replies to emails. I am disappointed by this company as a first time customer and expected a better outcome following my first interaction with them which was positive. Be aware.

Spoke to tom today, very friendly and apologetic about the communication breakdown he has put in motion the resolution of the issue, i will update this review when i receive the final product. Update have now received the hair system and had it fitted, quality is great a lot better than more expensive systems I've had before i will definitely be a returning customer to the hair hub. Tom is great with his customer service skills and getting a resolution to any problems I wish them great success for the future

I am loyal customer with hair hub for few years now and never had any issue before but since covid, delivery was affected a bit as they ran out of stock system and production time was longer than usual for time being. But Tom is thorough professional as my order was delayed due to unseen circumstances, but he compensated it well and made sure that everything was alright and I wasn't too stressed about it. Also they have the best reasonable rates in the market. highly recommended.

Ordered my first hair system and requested a 20% grey make up hoping it will look more natural and blend to my own hair , was a slight delivery delay but upon speaking to the team and explaining the date i needed it by they promised to fast track it and it arrived as they stated. Colour and feel is great and I can't wait to have it fitted and styled. Thanks again hairhub

Tom always does what he can to get you what you need by when you need it. Even upgrading delivery to get things to you in time. Communication is always polite, professional and knowledgeable. I have used other companies which I have found to be more automated and just bland. Hairhub are a great company and always go out of their way to help. As always, thanks Tom!
