I can’t recommend Russ at the Headstrong Clinic highly enough. From the initial consultation through to the treatment itself, he was professional, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Russ took the time to explain everything clearly, set expectations properly, and made sure the end result would look completely natural. His attention to detail is exceptional, and it’s obvious he takes real pride in his work. What really stood out was how calm and confident he is — the whole experience felt relaxed and unhurried. The clinic itself is spotless, discreet, and very welcoming, which makes a big difference. I went to Russ at Headstrong Clinic because I had had previous SMP by another clinic but was dissatisfied with the outcome. Russ booked me an appointment for an assessment as to what could be done to improve some of my previous treatment. From my first meet and assessment I could tell this man knew what he was talking about and the extensive training he had been through and his knowledge was very in-depth. Straight away I had confidence in him and his patience and ability to listen and understand what I wanted my new treatment to look like was nothing short of excellent. He is a truly awesome guy to deal with and he aims to give the best advice and delivers the results. He ended up laser removing some of the old SMP brilliantly and recreating a new hairline looking so much more natural. It was a pleasure to work with him from start to finish, he is totally professional, highly skilled( a perfectionist) and you couldn’t wish for better results! If you’re looking for a top notch SMP clinic give Russ a call and it’s one you won’t regret! There are lots of SMP artists but lots of rubbish ones! Do it right the first time and use someone who is able to give you a truly great finish and the process couldn’t have been easier and the end results speak for themselves! Beware of who you choose to do this highly skilled technique as many say they can do it but I learned it’s important to choose wisely with a clinic that is using the most skilled SMP artists.. thanks Russ you really did an awesome job and made my hairline look so much more natural !

I have recently had my hyper realism eyebrows created by Russ, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Russ is extremely patient and from the initial consultation to the final touch-up, he listened to me & understood exactly what I needed. Russ is creative & showed great attention to detail. My eyebrows look very natural, and the precision in every stroke is remarkable. The whole experience was very professional. Had an amazing experience at the HeadStrong clinic with Russ. I have suffered with acne for around 8 years and have tried many many different products and facial treatments but the laser carbon facial that Russ offers was the only thing that has cleared my skin. To add, being a darker skin tone I was unsure if it would affect the pigment in my skin but it did not. Overall extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend!!!
