A few years ago, I decided to have SMP after a long and thorough search, reading countless reviews and speaking to friends who had it done. James and Hairline Inc stood out from the rest. Any questions I had beforehand were answered promptly and honestly. The procedure itself was painless, just a mild scratching sensation. The result? Having the procedure was not made overnight and I carried out a lot of research. James was by far and away the best in class. From the 1st consultation to the procedure he was very knowledgeable and puts you at ease explaining every little detail. After care was excellent and the results have been better than I ever expected. I decided after 4 yrs to have a top up but the results have lasted. I consulted James who took the time to look at recent photos. Rather than pushing to make money he was of the opinion the results were still fine however left me with the decision. I went ahead and he was again welcoming, friendly and there is honestly no one else I would trust!

From first consultation to final session you instantly feel at ease and know he has a passion for his profession. I had beard micro pigmentation due to having sparse facial hair. After discussing what look I was after James got started on the first session and it will take a minimum of three and each visit you have a chat about the shape and pigmentation. James will not be happy with anything else but 100% satisfaction with the results! He surpassed all my expectations he not only gave me a natural chiseled look he disguised my acne scars so the were unnoticeable. The treatment has boosted my confidence, no end. James is a true Practitractising Artist and I can't thank him enough for his skill and understanding of what I wanted to achieve. Ok so I didn’t know James before the whole process but know I consider him a friend this guy is truly a master of his trade. I started the process with hair looking to enhance the hairline that was lacking even though there was still quite thick hair . James kindly explained the process and my mistake was not listening fully . I had the first session and it faded slightly I was distraught and was wondering what had done. Being that annoying client I contacted James and he’s was amazing once again answering all my annoying concerns and questions. Second session down it was now taking shape and what a difference with James helping in every step. By the third session I was stunned just how good it looked and was a totally different person to the guy who had had the doubts during the first session. Trust the process I was told and how true this is. I was perhaps a little impatient so definitely trust the process. Following the 3rd and final session James mentioned coming back after 12 days for a check up so i snapped his hand off and did and for no extra charge he touched it all Up for me promising to be sorted for Xmas and no I’m totally living the SMP dream. Some people make a difference and James definitely does . This guy is a magician and I cannot stress how happy I am with his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for SMP. What can I say, apart from ‘fantastic and professional service from start to finish’. For quite some time I had thought about going for SMP treatment but I had a few concerns that were stopping me from taking the plunge, I just needed some reassurance and my concerns answered. During our first conversation James was able to answer all of my questions and clear up any concerns I had. Fast forward to my first treatment session, when I met James in person I instantly knew I was in good hands. He certainly does know his stuff and definitely has a passion for his work. I suppose you could say that he is an artist. The facility is quiet, clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. The treatment was straightforward and painless and the finished product was very natural looking and quite simply amazing. I couldn’t stop smiling 😁.
