Novum Hair & Beauty - Tarvin

The service received at Novum is consistently of a high standard - no off days like in some hairdressers. Lisa does my hair and it is always a sociable relaxing experience, she has excellent cutting and shaping skills and one feels as though she really knows the science behind hair care. I would recommend Novum, and in fact have recommended it to friends who now share my delight in finding this hair salon.

I visited Novum Salon in Tarvin for the first time today for a cut and blow dry with Rose, and I honestly left feeling the best I’ve felt after a hair appointment in a long time. Rose was not only lovely, but really listened to what I wanted and gave thoughtful advice on other treatments in a way that felt genuine and never pushy. As someone who’s quite low-maintenance with my hair, it was refreshing that this was really catered to — the cut is easy to live with, and the high-quality products they use actually support that rather than adding extra effort. My cut was exactly what I asked for, and I’ve genuinely never had a blow dry like it — so good that I rebooked before I’d even left. The salon has a relaxed, chilled atmosphere, the staff are all friendly, and the products they use are top-notch. Highly recommend.

Lucy was fantastic and really helped me achieve exactly what I was looking for with my hair! I’m a busy mum of three so to have the few hours of pamper was delightful and Lucy really looked after me. She really knows her stuff and advised me with the perfect balayage colour. I’m super happy with my results and will be back to see Lucy again :) xx
