Everyone here is lovely and helpful, I had a minor issue and Jason the manager along with the other staff members here were really helpful and went above and beyond.

I disagree with the comments about bad management, my issue was dealt with very well. Although after the issues happening almost every time I have decided to use a different branch. The girls at Coventry are always very polite and helpful , delivers are always delivered next day even with vat free events.

Jason is a knowledgeable helpful guy can't do enough to support salons 10/10 asset to the company. All staff friendly and helpful. Thankyou for always going above and beyond.
