Brilliant services by Rose (hair colour and hair cut) and Aarti (body waxing). I had my apprehensions around hollywood waxing but Aarti made it so easy! Firstly, the general cleanliness of the place was poor and did not feel hygienic. This already made me uncomfortable before the service even started. I had a pre-booked appointment for eyebrow shaping. Before the treatment began, I specifically asked the beautician if she would trace the shape first, and she confirmed that she would. However, she did not do this. The threading lasted less than one minute, and it was very clear she was rushing in order to take more clients, despite me having an appointment. The result was extremely disappointing: One eyebrow was over-threaded The other still had hair left on the sides My skin was pinched and injured, leaving an open wound The area became very sensitive, and I was unable to apply makeup afterward This was especially upsetting as the appointment was on New Year’s Eve, and I had booked in advance to look presentable for the occasion. The service was rushed, unprofessional, and careless. I left feeling very dissatisfied and uncomfortable, both physically and with the overall experience.

I had an amazing experience with Lia! She was so kind and accommodating, even though I arrived earlier than my scheduled time. She listened carefully to how I wanted my haircut, and the result was absolutely perfect, better than I ever expected. I’m so happy with how it turned out.
