I had and am still having a fantastic experience with the Crewe Hair and Skin Clinic. I had a virtual consultation with Dr Wilson in June and she was professional, thorough, and genuinely took the time to understand my concerns rather than giving me a generic one-size-fits-all routine. She recommended ESK products for my skin and the advice was spot-on — I finally feel like I’m using products that actually suit my skin, not just what’s trending. My skin has improved noticeably since then. What stood out most for me was finally speaking to a woman of colour in dermatology. It made such a difference feeling understood and not having to explain things other doctors have previously overlooked. Representation really matters in healthcare, and it shows in the level of care she gives. I’d genuinely recommend Dr Wilson to anyone who wants tailored, knowledgeable advice and results you can trust.

I had a virtual consultation and an in person appointment with Dr Ingrid regarding an itchy scalp and hair loss that I was having with no explanation. I had already seen my local GP who did not provide me with much help, so I was quite desperate to understand what was going on. Dr Ingrid was extremely kind and patient with me and discussed all different possibilities. I was given an initial diagnosis but when symptoms persisted and I returned, Dr Ingrid was willing to consider different alternatives until we got to the bottom of it. She carried out different analysis including tricholab imaging until I was able to get the correct diagnosis. Off the back of our appointments, I was able to return to my local health services and get the right help that I needed. If it wasn't for Dr Ingrid, I may have lost more hair than I did (and had a worsening condition!) as I wouldn't have been able to catch the issue in time through my local GP. I am really grateful to Dr Ingrid for her services!

I have been experiencing thinning hair, hair loss since 2021. Initially I went to a renowned Hair Clinic in Knutsford. Not only was it very expensive but there was no difference after 12months. After more research I came across 'Ingrid Wilson' Crewe Hair & Skin Clinic. I had a consultation, where a health review, examination of the scalp & a Tricholab diagnosis was performed. Ingrid's knowledge, patience & dedication is outstanding!! Also are the procedures that she performs. All I can say to anybody is to get a qualified & experienced Practitioner who specialises in hair loss, otherwise you could lose lots of money. I have attached photographs to confirm the difference in my hair. "Bear in mind" this has taken 12 months.. The 1st photo is when I first went to Ingrid. The 3rd picture you can see new hair growth coming through.

Dr Ingrid Wilson is truly amazing, I’ve been going for a few months and my issue has improved greatly as well as the appearance of my skin. I am super grateful to Dr. Ingrid, for the dedication and interest she put in my case from the first moment. She made me feel calm and that I was in a safe space, where, of course, all my doubts regarding why I was losing my hair were clarified. She was very careful when taking pictures of my scalp, which she then deliberated carefully with other doctors specialised in the subject and a few days later she sent me a report with the best treatment options to follow, daily and weekly capilar advice and diet. Today, I can say with complete certainty that Dr. Ingrid is a very well qualified and expert doctor in her field. I am very happy with the results I'm getting after following her instructions. 100% recomended.
