Absolutely incredible service at Erika’s Beauty. I had my nano strokes done on my eyebrows and Erika was incredible. The salon is beautiful and well maintained. Erika made sure I was comfortable the whole way through the procedure, that I was happy with the desired shape and thickness before starting the procedure and was a perfectionist in getting them just right for me. Completely personalised and comfortable visit that made me feel at ease. A 3 hour appointment went by in the blink of an eye. Thank you Erika. I would 100% recommend.

I had such a wonderful experience with Abby and I’m still so happy with my hair weeks later. It honestly looks exactly how I wanted it, and the colour and condition of my hair have never looked better. Abby was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. I can get quite anxious when having my hair done, but she created such a calm, safe, and comfortable environment that I was able to completely relax and actually enjoy the whole appointment. She took the time to talk everything through with me, listened to what I wanted, and made me feel really looked after throughout. What I also really appreciated was how knowledgeable and helpful she was with advice. She explained which products would work best for my hair and showed me some simple changes to my routine. I’ve followed her advice since my appointment and I’ve genuinely noticed a difference, my hair feels healthier, looks shinier, and is much easier to manage. It’s clear Abby really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left the salon feeling so happy and confident, and even weeks later I’m still loving my hair. You’re always greeted with a smile at Erika’s beauty, it’s the most welcoming, friendly and relaxing environment! I have been going to Leanne to get my nails done for years now and I am never disappointed with the service and designs she delivers. Conversation is so easy and she makes you feel so comfortable to chat about anything, I could stay there all day! She really puts her all into the designs you ask for and there’s even been times where I’ve left the creativity to her and because she takes the time to get to know her clients you’ll always end up with something you absolutely love! Erika’s beauty is truly the best salon in derby without a doubt, I highly recommend going here for any and all your treatments you won’t be disappointed!
