The tangle free human hair from Iman Hair & Beauty on Cornmarket, Derby we got is infact tangled. If there's anything wrong with it they won't put it right by refund or reimbursement. Instead, you get treated like a con artist...they accused my friend of putting products in it to make it mat, which they didn't! The hair was only bought a week ago on recommendation of a member of their staff. Noticed the matting within a few days. It's not fit for purpose, they are almost £130 out of pocket and the company don't want to put its right. My friend was expected to go through a complaints procedure directly with the manufacturer. Eventually they were totally fobbed off Friday, told to come back today when the manager was in and that he'd reimburse them, but they went in today and were told that i have to take it up the manufacturer. And repeatedly informed about their complaints policy! That's bad customer service! My friend has raised it with the Trading Standards and will definitely NOT be buying from them again!!

Big fat liars Closed early and lied to my face that the closing hours are 6 pm when the Google clearly shows 6.30/7pm. Upon asking if he has extensions he says only synthetic hair and short nothing available in the name of variety that they claim. Don't be fooled don't go here
