I recently had my first consultation with Sarah regarding some hair growth concerns I’d been experiencing. From the moment I arrived at the clinic I was met with a super friendly and welcoming lady. Straight away felt at ease which was very reassuring. Sarah listened to all of my concerns and was very thorough with looking at my hair and scalp. Sarah was very open and honest with her findings and I have since received a very in depth report with details of how best to treat my symptoms. I had a great consultation and overall experience with Sarah when I booked to see her after being sure I had telogen effluvium (which was confirmed during the appointment). Sarah was very welcoming, thorough and explained everything in great but not overwhelming detail. The report I received very quickly after the appointment was so helpful.
