Dougie was absolutely amazing, from our initial conversation for setting up the consultation to the fitting of Gail’s new hair. Dougie just got Gail right from the first meeting. Anyone going through hair loss it is an ordeal, our experience showed Dougie professionalism, his caring manner and dealt with our situation wonderfully. Over the two appointments where we first chose the wig and then had my hair cut off and the wig fitted and styled, Dougie was experienced, sensitive, empathetic and calm, making the process very positive and leaving me with confidence for how to maintain the wig and get on with my life.
