Thank you Jill , for the time that you spent with me today. I was absolutely blown away, by your expertise, attention to detail, professionalism and kindness. I have visited many salons over the years even the best ones in London, but I have never experienced anything like the consultation, that I had today! Thinking I was only coming in for a patch test… I had coffee, everyone was so friendly, I can’t wait to come back. Thank you ‘Boutique Atelier’ Also, forgot to say, I love the local honey that I came home with. It’s such a treat, it tastes fabulous, such a good antioxidant. I am a believer that it helps to reduce hay fever , if it’s locally sourced. My partner suffers really badly with hay fever, so I am hoping , that it will make my life better 😀

Once again, Jill has done a fabulous job on my hair after having to wait 6 weeks due to holidays etc. I just like the way she puts the client in charge of their own hair and what it is the client actually requires, not the stylist. Very professional & experienced in her craft. Thanks Jill x The hair wash/massage was truly amazing, so relaxing making the whole experience very enjoyable.

As usual Lucy did a great job, actually probably even better. I'm not the best at describing what I need but Lucy picked up on my lame attempt at describing and cut my hair exactly in the way I wanted. I booked last minute for a family photo shoot and had a wonderful experience. The girls made conversation and I had a chance to relax with the massage chairs which is definitely needed with a 2 year old and a 10 month old. Hollie did a wonderful job with my haircut and I had a fringe cut in but when I got home I decided I would have liked it a little shorter. I messaged on instagram and they let me come straight in the next morning and hollie cut it a little shorter for me. Wonderful customer Service and it’s swayed me to change hair dressers. Thank you so much
